RDI Motion Amplification equipment measures, displacement deviation, movement and vibration that is not visible to the human eye. It uses video camera technology which works with a software package and processing algorithm to extract important data.
This technology transforms changes in pixels detected by the camera sensor into vibrational movement with a high degree of precision.
The result of this process allows us to visual movement which we can then quantify and measure in any structure. This device allows us to detect and amplify movements to a level which is visible to the human eye, allowing us to analyze different components and identify the origin of the vibration.
The software allows us to select a region of the machine and obtain the form and spectrum of any waves along both horizontal and vertical axis in that location.
